ATX Advisory Services is a management & technology consulting firm that helps CDFIs leverage software and data to achieve their mission. As ATX continues to expand, we are currently looking to add a CDFI Business Analyst to our team. The ideal candidate would have several years of experience working within a CDFI to initiate and implement process or technology changes and be interested in building on this knowledge to help other industry peers.
ATX provides a variety of services to our CDFI clients including technology strategy, software selection, software implementation, systems integration, and business intelligence solutions. ATX is the developer of Caliper, a fully managed analytics solution which we are expanding to our CDFI client base. Caliper allows our clients to connect to all of their data in a single location which enables efficient impact and board reporting along with advanced portfolio analytics. Caliper leverages leading business intelligence and cloud technologies along with supported integrations to origination, loan servicing, and financial platforms.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a high energy and dynamic candidate for the position of CDFI Business Analyst. The CDFI Business Analyst will advance our CDFI industry initiatives and help address the needs of our CDFI clients. This position is a full-time 40 hour per week opportunity. ATX is based in Biddeford, Maine and services clients across the United States. Ideal candidates will be based in the North Eastern US with availability to work occasionally in the ATX office. This position may require partial week travel to client sites located across the United States as normal business practices resume.
The ideal candidate will have CDFI industry experience, a good understanding of the business needs surrounding data analysis & reporting and be interested in learning more about the technology. In addition to supporting our CDFI advisory services engagements, this position will assist with requirements definition and validation for our Caliper product; helping our clients accelerate their analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will assist with a variety of tasks supporting both our clients and internal operations. Assigned tasks will be based on the candidate's skill set but may include:
Support for technology assessment, selection, and implementation engagements including documentation, research, and analysis
Preparation, review, and editing of client deliverables using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio
Development of requirements for our business intelligence solutions along with testing and validation of our client dashboards, metrics, and reports
Software Implementation support services including testing, data cleansing, and data analysis
Assistance with marketing collateral and business development initiatives
Other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Relevant CDFI experience is a requirement of this position. The successful candidate will be able to gain experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment and have the opportunity to work directly with the leadership of the firm. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of professional CDFI experience.

Candidate must be highly motivated and see themselves as an independent thinker and problem solver with a thirst for learning.
