About the Position

CNote's 100%  impact, fully insured impact cash management solution allows mission-driven banks and CUs to better serve the needs of underserved communities by leveraging cash deposits from institutional investors.

We are looking for a results-oriented, purpose-driven individual to develop and scale CNote's ground-breaking work using the power of cash and deposits to drive long-term, sustainable impact. This position is primarily responsible for establishing new relationships with mission-driven banks and CUs, evaluating them as partners, monitoring existing relationships, and leading the portfolio construction. Role's Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy, operations and business development for the Impact Cash business unit;
• Develop powerful industry coalitions, a pipeline of partnership opportunities and onboard new partners into the portfolio;
• Lead  the underwriting of mission-driven depository institutions including benchmark and trend analysis 
• Be a liaison between mission-driven depository institutions and investors to establish the efficient process of market intelligence sharing;
• Represent CNote with  industry associations and regulators, communicating the long term vision and ensuring ongoing compliance; and
• Collaborate with the technology team to enhance the underwriting, onboarding, and monitoring process and identify ways to leverage technology for the benefit of mission-driven depository institutions.

Desired Qualifications

• Commitment to community and economic development
• 7+ years of demonstrated experience with banking, credit unions, or other cash management disciplines
• Experience building launching and developing internal programs and projects
• Ability to develop and maintain professional, high-touch relationships with diverse clientele
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial metrics and trends
• Demonstrated experience writing and presenting detailed investment recommendations with an emphasis on clarity, conciseness, and relevance
• Project or program management experience, including timeline, goals and team management
• Comfort working in a dynamic start-up environment; ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment

Logistics

• Full-time role
• 100% remote. There is no commute. We operate in a highly collaborative and flexible remote work environment
• Some travel will be required
