Reporting to the Director of Lending, the Loan Closing Specialist for the Natural Capital Investment Fund, Inc. (NCIFund) is primarily responsible for the coordination of loan closings and loan document preparation for the Director and the Business Lenders. Additionally, this position works with the Loan Operations Manager in the preparation of loan documents, coordination of loan closings, and the collection of loan documents to make sure loans are closed in compliance with current regulations and the loan files are complete. NCIFund provides financing to triple bottom line businesses in the Southeast US (www.ncifund.org).
