SELF (Solar and Energy Loan Fund) is ready to hire a loan officer to get the Hillsborough County satellite office up and running, ASAP! To this end we are seeking to hire a person preferably (but not necessarily) with mortgage lending experience, or at least with some banking/ lending experience.
The person we would like to hire has to be a self-starter. They will need to be able to handle multiple activities beyond lending (community events, contractor relations, project management). They need to have sales experience, be organized, have mortgage lending experience (or at least loan originating or processing experience). Most importantly, they need to be aligned with our mission to help empower our communities through lending for sustainable and clean energy home upgrades. The SELF loan officer has to be comfortable working for and in, under served communities.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) Commercial and Residential properties are eligible to apply for PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy). Become an Approved Contractor Local contractors are encouraged to apply to become a preferred contractor. |
