Not terribly exciting, but our organization is using AI to update policies and procedures, as well as to craft customer correspondence. We also have business coaches on our team, who are using AI to draft presentations for community trainings.

Presently we use AI for draft job descriptions and wordsmith policies and processes drafts.

Hi Keith,

We are looking closely at note-taking apps and other possible software development/automation solutions, such as using AI to write Excel macros and Power Automate botflows. That said, we are taking it very slowly. One key to using AI is knowing how it works, especially whether it will be using your info to "train" itself and sharing your knowledge with others. The ability of AI is impressive, but its ability to use your customer's private info for fraud or to put the data in a place where fraud can take place is a significant concern. You will want to read agreements carefully and fully understand the capabilities and possibilities of data sharing and usage. Also, look for an SOC that describes the company's data protection policies.
