Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC) seeks an Investment Officer to join the Community Investment team. The Investment Officer is responsible for marketing, acquisition and oversight of a portfolio of loan and equity products offered by MHIC, including pre-development, acquisition, construction, bridge loan financing, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), historic tax credit, New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC), and Healthy Neighborhoods Equity Fund (HNEF) equity transactions.
