National Housing Conference: Innovations in Homelessness

Join NHC for a webinar on innovations in addressing homelessness- a one hour event exploring how to address homelessness in the 21^st century. This webinar will feature two speakers, Beth Silverman of Lotus Campaign and David Schwartz of Slate Property Group. Lotus Campaign is nonprofit organization on a mission to end homelessness by bringing the private real estate and nonprofit sectors together to create no-nonsense solutions.

Slate Property Group is a for-profit developer in New York City that has launched efforts to convert hotels into single unit housing for people experiencing homelessness.

 

The webinar will explore how the nonprofit and for-profit sectors are working individually and interconnectedly to address the growing population of homeless families and individuals, as well as how organizations can innovate responses to homelessness overall.
