I am a Project Manager at the Reinvestment Fund, where I work on developing metrics and reports to help track a myriad of projects. I am motivated by the idea that good data, and data-based decision making, can help non-profits and other mission-driven organizations improve their efforts to tackle societies most pressing issues. I'm especially interested in how data and technology minded people can be better leveraged in social justice fields.
