Hi all:
FUND Community Institute will be conducting a research project on policies that support diversity, equity, and inclusion at CDFIs. FUND CI will look in-depth at the practices and policies of a select group of CDFIs in order to share both innovative and replicable practices as well as to develop not only a concrete set of best practices but also supporting tactics that have worked in the CDFI industry. The team will also seek to document the most effective ways to evaluate and improve on programs and policies to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We are asking for input in two areas:
- Nominations of CDFIs that you consider pioneers / experts / successful / etc. in DEI policies and practices.
- Nominations of organizations or individuals who might be interested in serving as part of an Advisory Board for this research. The main task would be to review and provide input on our research tools and interview list. The main skill would be knowledge about diversity, equity, and inclusion in community development finance.
