Hi all, Jeff Clawson here from Growth Opportunity Partners, a loan fund working out of Cleveland, Ohio.  My controller and I are at the very beginning of a vendor search for accounting software.  Right now we use Sage Intacct, which is very powerful but very complicated.  Instead of wading through a million hits on an "accounting software" google search I would be interested to hear what other systems you all use and that you are happy with?   Any recommendation, comment, or thought is welcome.  I know you all are busy and thank you for your time in advance,

We use MIP Abila for the Cloud - it is not complicated at all but you can create segments to track what you want. My only issue is the report creator is a little difficult in the original version and hasn't been fully updated in the cloud version but they are working on it.

We use Quickbooks only because it is really cheap and user friendly.  It also has some integration with our loan servicing software, so there is that benefit as well.  I have been looking for a more complex software, something that would do both accrual and cash accounting, but the cost outweighs the benefit for us right now.
