We looked at a few software platforms about six months ago. We put it on hold because we are also considering going with an entirely new loan servicing platform but not yet. We looked at Built and felt it wouldn't meet our current needs. We did a demo with a group called CLCS as well as getting a demo of this system from another CDFI who uses it. We liked it but again, we decided to step back and consider an entirely new servicing system so we may revisit with them in the future. Good luck!

Wow my phone is ringing off the hook with sales calls. I thought there was a no solicitation policy here? I was hoping to hear from other lenders to see what they are using. We do NOT need an end-to-end software, we have origination and servicing system in place that we do not want to replace.

What is everyone using for their construction loan management? Bonus points if you use it for NMTC Construction management!
We were on excel, tried a software called Built and it just isn't cutting it for us. We are going back to our excel loan tracker for now.
