Bridgeway Capital is exploring these two Salesforce-driven enterprise systems for loan origination and servicing. We have seen their demonstrations of the software, but we would be very interested in having conversations with any CDFI's who are actively using either of these platforms. Does anyone have experience they are willing to share?

    Hi Jacob,

I don't have anything to contribute to the conversation in terms of knowing these tools, but I wonder if you could share the requirements Bridgewater is using to evaluate the systems? Neighborhood Development Center is starting a search for a Lending software tool for origination and servicing as well, and I'd be very interested to hear what other CDFIs look for in a software option.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jacob,

At C4C we are also looking at Fundingo.  Are you using it now? And, if so, how is it working out?
    Thanks.

CSDC has also been looking at Fundingo vs other solutions and I've been trying, unsuccessfully, to get testimonials from other CDFIs who are using it.  I'd be very interested to hear if anyone has feedback, positive or negative!

    Hi Jacob,

Coastal Enterprises, Inc. has been using IvyTek for a year now.  We love it.  Their support is great and during implementation they helped us identify process we could improve and then helped us streamline most of them.

    Thanks,

    Jeremy

I am a little late to this conversation but would appear that a lot of CDFI's are in the market for a new software.  Our organization is considering this and would love to hear more conversation around what people are finding, their experiences and any feedback (good or bad).  We are looking for something that interacts with Salesforce and potentially Workday, can be flexible around funding sources and has a good construction management component.

Would love to see a recurring discussion around technology.

    Thanks!

Our organization is in the process of implementing Fundingo.  I don't have experience with IvyTek; but in comparison to other loan origination platforms, the choice to go with Fundingo was highly influenced by the fact that it is a Salesforce-based application, it offers the flexibility to add additional modules as needed, and the team provided high-touch client service.  We've not begun using it yet, but the experience has been good thus far.  It's also my understanding that Fundingo is particularly interested in expanding its reach among CDFIs, so it's probably worth a conversation.
