    CU Strategic Planning seeks a Financial Analyst to work collaboratively with the firm's CFO to serve internal/external clients and shape a growing department. The successful candidate will play an important and trusted role of analyzing the financial performance and developing financial models for not-for-profit credit unions committed to changing lives through community development. The ideal candidate will find joy in analyzing financial reports to identify trends, weaknesses, strengths and recommend actions. The Financial Analyst will support the development of US Treasury CDFI grant applications, compliance reporting and also support CU Strategic Planning's affiliated nonprofit, the National Council of Financial Opportunities.

    • Knowledge or experience working with a nonprofit and/or grant accounting.

    • The philosophy that organizations' capable of changing the world are comprised of inspiring individuals working as a team.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in accounting/finance or at least five years of commensurate experience.

    • Expert proficiency of Excel software and basic Access software skills.

    • Background with credit unions or CDFIs desired.

    Compensation:
