Small Business Assistance Corporation (SBAC) is seeking:
Commercial Loan Officer
The position is responsible for marketing commercial loan programs to potential borrowers, third-party lenders, and other referral sources. The primary responsibility of this job is to develop and process new small business loans.
Qualifications: All candidates must possess skills in analyzing business financial statements and personal financial statements to determine repayment ability and eligibility for loan approval. All Candidates must be competent at analyzing spreadsheets, financial statements, and other documents to evaluate loan risk. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is required. Commercial loan Officer is not an entry-level position.
Compensation: Competitive salary plus incentive bonus and fringe benefit package.
