Alternatives Federal Credit Union is looking for an HR Generalist familiar with hiring and recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. The right person will be honest, open, and direct as well as have a strong understanding of HR laws and regulations. Diplomacy, trustworthiness, and a collaborative style will make you a good fit on our team. An HR-related degree or SHRM certification is preferred, and seven years of progressive human resource experience is needed.
