Wonderful to see some of you last week! I wanted to let you all know that we are in the midst of hiring for several roles.
Pacific Community Ventures is a nonprofit social enterprise CDFI that engages small businesses, investors, and policymakers to build an economy that works for everyone. We create quality jobs and stimulate wealth-building investments to address racial and gender wealth gaps in underserved communities through two primary vehicles: 1) affordable, accessible lending paired with pro bono Business Advising, and 2) impact investing research and consulting work to define, measure, and communicate the social outcomes achieved from impact investments, including public policy, place-based investing, good jobs creation, racial and gender equity, and healthy food and climate finance systems. We are hiring for the following roles:
- Associate Director/Director, Impact Investing Research and Consulting
- Accounting Manager
- Credit Analyst, Small Business Lending
- Data Operations Associate
- Engagement Specialist, Small Business Advising (part-time)
