Hope you are all doing well!  Just a note to let you know that our May meetings are starting next week and that, due to the high volume of feedback on topics raised in recent networking sessions, we've adjusted the next few months' conversations accordingly (see bottom of email).

This means that for those of you that may not be regular participants in our monthly sessions and who communicated with us either via CDFI Connect or to our gmail regarding compliance structure or portfolio management, we had so many of you express interest that we're making those the focus of our next two sessions. ·  Our May topic is Compliance structure.  As noted, based on recent feedback, our standing survey results list and requests from stakeholders, future topics include:

o June: NO SESSIONS given the timing of OFN's Small Business Finance Forum

o July: Portfolio management (focus on defaults)

o August: NO SESSIONS; summer vacation break

o September: Technology Solutions (focus on lending platforms)
