Attendees will delve into leading practices in board composition and governance, including fiduciary responsibilities; examine challenges and opportunities facing CDFI leaders; and explore strategies for succession planning and managing change.
This training is only open to CDFI board members. When registering, you will be required to share the name of the CDFI you support.
