CDFIs are under pressure to increase impact despite scarce resources. Constituents, partners, funders and staff members have increasingly high expectations. In order to create a positive user experience that is up to par with commercial lenders, CDFIs need to select, implement, and manage a strong lending platform often at a fraction of the budget. This discussion will draw on the first-hand knowledge of mission-driven lenders who have experience implementing lending solutions at their CDFIs.
