The Guilford Dialogues is a community initiative based at Guilford College dedicated to addressing systemic inequities in Greensboro and other cities nationwide. This year, we are hosting our third Guilford Dialogues, returning to the 2022 theme of Building Strategies for Economic Inclusion. We are committed to fostering dialogue, promoting understanding, and driving positive change in our community through partnerships with local, national, and international leaders to consider this critically important topic and strategize on values-based solutions.
Like many cities across the country, Greensboro faces significant challenges related to inequity. Disparities in access to education, healthcare, housing, employment, and other essential services persist, disproportionately affecting marginalized communities. These inequities hinder the well-being of individuals and families and limit growth and prosperity. We hope you will join us in building more equitable and inclusive communities.
