The COVID-19 pandemic compelled CDFIs to work remotely and as we move beyond the pandemic, more CDFIs are adopting a hybrid work model. This session will examine the pros and cons of this shift and delve into the challenges and opportunities of a hybrid work environment. Discussions will focus on key topics such as remote work policies, technology solutions, and cultural considerations, as well as the balancing act of providing increased flexibility, improved work-life balance, and access to a wider talent pool while also addressing the challenges of managing remote employees and maintaining company culture and communication.
