Jon is the President of OCFC, where he directs the affairs and oversees the lending of $140M of capital. Jon is responsible for managing OCFC's strategy, capitalization, credit approval, loan portfolio, and compliance. He was instrumental in the creation of OCFC and continues to create and lead its implementation strategy to positively impact under-served communities and low income households. OCFC has provided over $800M of capital to over 750 borrowers.
Additionally, Jon is Executive Vice President of Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, an affiliate of OCFC. Jon has been responsible for 26 private placements, closing $4.7 billion of investor equity from over 60 financial service investors. Jon assists investors in all aspects of the underwriting, due diligence and closing processes.
Jon serves as a Member Director on the Board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati and Chair of the Housing and Community Development Committee, Secretary/Treasurer of the Community Development Collaborative of Greater Columbus, Trustee of the Community Shelter Board, a member of the Columbus and Franklin County Continuum of Care and a member of the First Financial Bank Community Advisory Board.
