David Erickson-Pearson is a Highlands Ranch, CO-based retained search consultant who specializes in recruiting for community development and nonprofit sector organizations. He has a particular depth of experience working with CDFIs around the US, growing out of his role as a founding board member for the Chicago Community Loan Fund 28 years ago. Two thirds of his clients are either CDFIs or affordable housing developers. He has conducted searches for CEOs, CFOs, Directors of Lending and a range of other senior positions.
