Bio

After more than 25 years in the banking and payments industry at FIS, Connie realized her passion for financial wellness and the inclusion of the underserved and bank challenged in our divine commerce economy in 2014. During the pandemic, Connie started The Love Store Studio, a social club experiment to connect creative women through a heart-centered, authentic community. She is now the Founder of Kairos Digital Commerce Consulting, a data and technology matchmaking firm that serves the greater good by bringing data, unique technology to help non-profits thrive, and strategic consulting services to the table. Connie also helped to build the crypto-as-a-service platform behind CryptoFi, a cryptocurrency start-up technology firm.  CryptoFi brings digital currencies to financial institutions across the United States.

After founding Kairos DCC in 2021 and volunteering to teach financial services to Human Trafficking survivors, her desire to help heart-centered women grow and build the life of their dreams ignited. It wasn't until she started working at CryptoFi that she realized she had the opportunity to help reinvent and redefine financial services. If Crypto can shake up banking and payments, why can't she amp up financial inclusion and literacy efforts? She is now a passionate, action-oriented advocate and consultant who devotes her consulting firm to working with Interpersonal Violence non-profit organizations. Out of this collaboration, Connie hopes to spark a range of heart centered, empowering technology projects that form a suite of restorative, financial products and services that meet survivors and their families in their time of need.

Connie and her team are challenging industry stakeholders to rethink traditional financial products and services across the board, including the call to assist victims of trauma.

Through Project Triton, Connie hopes to find ways for technology to empower the financial services industry to better serve and support survivors of interpersonal violence.
